Course Overview
This CORENET X RABW course equips Built Environment Professionals with the knowledge needed to navigate the new regulatory approval process for building works. Learners will be guided through the new 3-Gateway submission process, the requirements at each gateway, joint submission, plan processing, and RABW's supporting mechanisms.
Learners will also work on case studies to apply agency and gateway requirements in practical situations.

Entry Requirements

At least a diploma in architecture, green building and sustainability, mechanical and electrical, engineering, or any built-environment-related course.

English language proficiency at GCE ‘O’ level of C6 and above, or WSQ Workplace Literacy skills of Level 6 and above.

No prior working experience is required.

Learners who do not meet the education requirements but have at least one year of working experience in the Built Environment will be admitted on a case-by-case basis.
