Entry Requirements

English language proficiency at GCE ‘O’ level of C6 and above, or WSQ Workplace Literacy skills of Level 6 and above.
Proficient with the use of a Windows-based computer for work.
Completed Projects-based BIM Revit Architecture Modeling Advanced or equivalent.
No prior working experience required*
Learners who do not qualify in terms of education but have at last one year working experience in the Built Environment will be admitted on a case-by-case basis.
